This Policy sets out how you may and may not use SimVala. It exists to keep the service safe and lawful for everyone.
Prohibited activity
- Any illegal activity, or use that violates the laws of your country or the country of the number or plan.
- Fraud, phishing, or impersonation.
- Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or automated abuse of SMS or voice services.
- Using virtual numbers or eSIMs to evade sanctions or to harm others.
- Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Consequences
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Policy, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required.
