These Terms govern your use of SimVala, operated by SimVala Ltd, Company Reg. No. 559168-7008, Telefonvagen 50, 126 26 Hagersten, Stockholm, Sweden. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You may not use SimVala if you are located in, or ordering for use in, a country or region subject to comprehensive international sanctions, or if you are a sanctioned person.
2. Your account
You register with an email address and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We collect the minimum data needed to run your account and deliver orders.
3. Services
SimVala resells eSIM data plans and virtual number services (including SMS activation, voice, and toll-free numbers) supplied by our upstream provider. Coverage, availability, and pricing may change.
4. Payment and wallet balance
- SimVala accepts cryptocurrency only. There is no card or bank payment option.
- You add a prepaid balance to your account and spend it on products. Top-up amounts have a stated minimum and maximum.
- Crypto payments are final. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, we do not offer chargebacks.
- Exchange rates for top-ups are shown at checkout and locked for a short window.
5. Orders, checks, and verification
After you order, some products require checks by our upstream provider, and certain countries require identity verification (KYC) before fulfillment. We will request only what is needed, only when required, after your order is placed. If a required verification is not completed, the order cannot be fulfilled and the amount is returned to your wallet balance as store credit.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the services lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse may lead to suspension or termination.
7. Delivery
Digital products are delivered to your dashboard once fulfilled. eSIM plan validity begins on activation. Virtual number rentals renew from your balance and may be suspended or released if not renewed, subject to a grace period.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided on an as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimVala is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
