Privacy is the default here

In short

SimVala is built so your connectivity is not tied to your identity. You pay in crypto with no card and no ID to buy, Monero is accepted, and we keep the least data we can: an email to log in, your balance, and what you bought. Nothing more.

Crypto onlyNo cards, so no card number to store or breach. Nine coins accepted, including Monero and Bitcoin Lightning.
No ID to buyYou buy an eSIM or number without uploading a document. Privacy is the default, not an upgrade.
Minimal dataWe keep the least we can: an email to log in, your balance, and what you bought. Nothing more.
You hold the keysYour number stands in for your real one, and your home SIM keeps your personal line private.

What we store, and what we do not

The most private system is the one that never holds your data in the first place. We designed SimVala to need as little as possible to function.

What we keep

  • An email address, so you can log in and find your purchases
  • Your crypto balance and top-up history
  • The eSIMs and numbers you bought, to deliver them

What we never hold

  • Card or bank details (we take crypto only)
  • An identity document for normal purchases
  • Your real phone number on the apps you verify

Why crypto is more private

A card payment ties a purchase to your bank, your name, and your billing address. Crypto does not. You send from a wallet you control, and SimVala never sees a card or a bank account. That removes the single biggest piece of personal data most stores keep on you.

For the strongest privacy, Monero hides the amount and the parties on chain. It is the most private of the nine coins we accept, and it works exactly like the others at checkout.

Keeping your account secure

A few habits keep your side of things locked down:

  • Use a unique, strong password for your SimVala login.
  • Keep access to your login email secure, since it is your recovery path.
  • Send crypto only to the address shown on the payment screen, and on the matching network.
  • Treat your eSIM QR and virtual number like keys: do not share screenshots of them.

We will never ask for your seed phrase

SimVala never needs your wallet seed phrase or private keys, and will never ask for them. Anyone who does is trying to scam you.

SimVala is operated by SimVala Ltd, a registered company based in Stockholm, Sweden (Reg. 559168-7008). Privacy-first does not mean faceless: a real, accountable entity runs the service, with published terms and a clear refund policy.

Security and privacy: FAQ

Does SimVala require ID?+

No. There is no ID to buy an eSIM or a virtual number. A document check may apply only for specific regulated products in certain countries, never as a default.

What data does SimVala keep?+

The minimum to run your account: an email to log in, your balance, and the plans or numbers you bought. No card is stored because payment is in crypto, and there is no identity document on file for normal purchases.

Can I pay with Monero?+

Yes. Monero is accepted alongside Bitcoin, Lightning, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana, and BNB. Monero offers the strongest on-chain privacy of the coins we take.

Do you store my card?+

No. SimVala does not accept cards at all, so there is no card number to store or leak. You pay in crypto.

Is my real phone number exposed?+

No. A virtual number stands in for your real one, so the apps you verify never see your personal line. Your home number stays on its physical SIM.

Who is behind SimVala?+

SimVala is operated by SimVala Ltd, a registered company in Stockholm, Sweden (Reg. 559168-7008). A real, accountable entity stands behind the service.
