What KYC means, and why we skip it to buy
KYC stands for know your customer, the identity checks many services run before they let you pay. It usually means uploading an ID and a selfie.
SimVala does not gate buying behind that. You top up with crypto and purchase from your balance with only an email attached. There is no ID upload to get connected.
- No ID upload to top up or buy
- Crypto only, so no card verification either
- One email holds your account
The honest exception
Our supplier requires a document check for certain products in a small set of countries. We never block your top up or purchase over it. If a check applies to your order, we contact you by email after purchase.
If you would rather not complete it, your money stays as balance and you can spend it on something else. Refunds are always store credit, never lost.
